Hello There!

I've been kind of up and down over the past months - just stuff, nothing horrible or life shattering. Because of the ups and downsssss I developed this little exercise to pick me up and keep me - Life and Love are all about attitude and where I put my focus ...

Try this - notice how you feel - notice how your body feels - come back in a couple of days and read what someone posts and notice ... you'll be amazed how easy it is to shift your mood ...

Here goes - two questions - I'll post my answers - you're next - write a paragraph - write a word or a sentence - just notice how you feel ...

1. What do you Love about today?

2. What do you Love about your life?

Here goes ...

1. What do I Love about today? I woke up and made myself get up early - grabbed a cup of coffee and had a great chat w/ a new friend - and right now I am thinking about how much I Love technology and my internet communities - over the past year and 1/2 of regular, nominal participation I've made some great friends and contacts - this is time well spent.



2. What do I Love about my life? I Love my physical health and well being. In about an hour I will head off to dog beach w/ 3 big dogs and I can do that because I'm doing well.
