He probably felt a bit sad over the breakup and leaving but just in that moment and that was it.

He wants out yet he feels a bit sad and bad about leaving you and the house.I guess he is human.

I bet he will come around when he needs a booty call. How will you handle that if it happens?

Oh; if he has no money where is he going when extended stay is done..

I feel for you and the job thing. I am 57 and cant find one . its so scary and I have tried everything and I live in NY .

too bad Joe had to picke this time to run away cause its a jungle out there and financially two heads are better than one.
