Love? Yes. Like? No!

Yes, I posted this on Ask. Mr. Answer Man as well but I just need some sort of feedback from someone...
I have been married for 9 whole months. We had our issues before marriage, but we moved from our "hometown" and started a new life. Problem is - he is so unhappy in everything he does or has. He complains all the time about his work (which is our company together), our love life (or lack thereof), our home, our friends, everything, and I mean everything. I tried to over look the constant complaining, but it is on going! I know deep down he is an unhappy person and of course that has spilled over onto me. I do know I can't "fix" him and I'm not trying to but what can I or we do to make this stop or at least ease up. We have tried counseling - no help there, obviously he complained about it and did very little work to solve any of our problems. I tried the whole "have daily sex with your husband and everything will work out" theory - it doesn't work for me because he has no sex drive and when he does he just gropes me and acts like a teenage virgin or if I try to initiate sex he seems uninterested. He is bringing me down with him. I used to be a happy go lucky person that woke up smiling everyday but now I feel like, I don't know exactly how to put it, but I don't feel like me anymore!
Help, please, anybody! ~Rapunzel
