I think it would be really benefical for you and your son to go to counseling. Both individual and family. It would be even better if your husband was willing to go along. It is important that your son is told and understands that what is happening between you and your husband isn't his fault and that you both love him.
You also need to start taking better care of yourself for the sake of your baby.
If your marriage is going to be saved, it will have to be because both you and your husband are want to save it and are willing to work on that together.
