Not sure what to do .

Sorry but going toyour moms house 1X a week to help her clean and go get groceries is something a good daughter SHOULD do if she is able too. I would love to do that for my 88 yr. old mom, but I can't because I live over a thousand miles away from her (and the guilt is tremendous) but due to my H's job transfer I have no other choice but to live here. If I were you, I would take his behavior as a forewarning about how selfish and uncaring he is as a fiancee, and if you think he's selfih now, just wait until you marry him and become HIS wife, HIS possesion, and have to live with him 24/7. He is going to be one of these "my way or the highway" type of controlling husbands. The only good thing about moving in with him now would be you would get a real taste of what he's really like to live with and you'd probably call off the engagement within a few months after seeing the real him.
