If she's not in shape, instigate a healthy life style. Eat healthily with her and work out together 4 times a week so she can have the body she wants. It's going to be very rewarding for both of you.
If she already has a great body, take her to more therapy. Maybe something holistic or hypnotherapy.
But it is pretty much up to her - don't let her pin that one on you and make you feel guilty. We can't blame anyone else for our unhappiness. It's all up to us to choose the way we deal and get along.
