I think you just have a very acute sense of smell... I can relate, yesterday I was at work and our CEO came to see me at 9am. When I left for the day I could still smell him (he wears very subtle aftershave I think). I still easily remember the smell of my first boyfriend. After doing laundry, I can tell whose white t-shirts are whose, because his smell like unscented deodorant. Yeah maybe it is kind of weird...
Of course having an acute sense of smell can be a blessing and a curse :)
You're not weird at all. I actually read a research study that showed that people with no sense of smell could not fall in love. It's funny-we need to be able to bond to someone's scent.
I've had experiences where I felt like there was no chemistry with a guy, and I didn't like the way he smelled. There is definitely a connection.
