Has he always had anger issues? I'm sorry but he is emotionally abusing you with his bad attitude and temper towards you. I know because I have lived with that for many years. Hard to get out when you have either a low paying or no job at all. Unfortunately, I think your stuck for now until you find a job. You cannot change his behavior and anger issues. No you are not wrong for feeling this way, but it sounds to me like there is a lot more going on here than just you not having a job. Do you think there's any chance he is seeing someone else. It's a very common thing for men to get very emotionally abusive towards their spouse when they are having an affair.

I will first be honest, if how he behaves towards you is how he is as a supervisor, then he is not a good supervisor.

Im a very big believer that negative behavior can be resolved, if both parties are willing to contribute to the resolution.

With my DH, he needed an outlet.

The letter idea might be something to look into. :)

I find it hard to believe he was sweet and nice until he got his promotion to supervisor.
