Welcome to the board mismatched_02,

true.blue.strine gave you excellent advice. I have a question though.... was the mismatched libidos always a problem or just since the depression (being down) started?

Does your husband want to go to counseling?

Actually it is funny you said that, because after we where separated, we went to my counselor, and she felt he was clinically depressed as well. She put him on some medication, which did improve his mood, he also went to a different therapist a few times, but he said that he does not like his therapist, not sure why, but I feel like he was giving him some helpful advice. I feel like he should still go to therapy, but he kind of pushes the subject aside, it took me putting my foot down, advice from my therapist to even get him to see a therapist. He is just someone that does not like to talk about his problems.

I think he would be willing to go to counseling, but I also know he does not want to go to counseling. The mismatched libidos is something that has always been there it was just made worse, when I think he started to become depressed.
