Help me:

I am 24 years old and married to my husband for almost five years. We also have a four year old son. I have been with my now husband since we were thirt-teen years old. We have always been madly in love. We do everything for each other and have a great deal of mutual respect for one another. The problem is two months ago I went to a work gathering of his with his coworkers. When I met one of his coworkers I had and instant attraction for him that I have never felt with another person. I call what I feel a crush, but I don't know. I think about this person all the time and it is starting to interfere with my relationship with my husband. I often picture myself with this man instead of my husband. I have a great relationship with my husband and love the security of our life together.

1. How do I get over a crush?

2. How do I know if maybe I should be with this person instead?

3. What should I do????

Please help!!!!!!!!!

Crushes happen! I have been married to my husband for seven years. Over those years I have had many crushes on different men. It is completely normal and nothing you should be ashamed of. Dont feel guilty! Daydream, fantisize ... but remember that the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. There are women out there who are fantisizing about YOUR husband right now. The mystery is gone in your marriage, what you're really looking for is an adventure! I realized this about myself just a few weeks ago. Try hving an adventure with your hubby. This summer me and my husband are taking a few days alone together and just driving off somewhere with no plans and no hotel reservations. We are gonna have our adventure together. Dont fret! We all get crushes!
