If a guy is really consumed with work (his regular day job) and is trying to start up his own side business as well, how will he find time to date? If the right girl comes along will he make time for her to have a relationship or will he have to take care of matters first before he can even think of having a relationship and just occasionally hang out with friends just to relieve the stress of his everyday life if the opportunity comes up?

Thanks for your thoughts.

That's another good point. I don't know him well enough and I guess I have set myself up by chasing. It's hard to see things clearly when you are in the moment.

Sorry, I guess I have left some details out. He has come to me on quite a few occasions. He would call me without my prompting to see what I am doing. Most of the time when he has called I have been busy and we would talk for about ten minutes at the most. He would e-mail me after I don't e-mail him for more than two to three weeks and he asks me how I am doing. This is of course when I have decided to give up on him and try not to contact him. He, however, has never told me he has feelings for me. We haven't even gotten to the level yet. He's not very good with talking about feelings and so am I.

Thanks again for your insight.

Quite honestly, the doctors and lawyers are not the type I am looking for. Most of my friends are in this field and these are the type of guys I run into because of my circle of friends. This current guy is neither a doctor nor a lawyer and that is why I find him kind of refreshing. He comes from humble beginnings and works really hard to be where he is now.

You are right. I have to decide what I really want. I have to admit that I did get carried away with this current guy and I am not happy with the current situation.
