I've never really had any funny or embarrassing moments when giving or receiving oral sex.

The ex-gf was sucking on my penis in the car outside my parents home. As she was sucking on me, an older women walked by, glared into the car and saw my gf bobbing up and down and stroking me. The women just stared in amazement and walked by slowly. The gf never knew the lady was there and I played it off that I didn't see the women.
