We often see posts from people who are planning a striptease for their partners.

My DH and I can attest to that statement as well, Free.

But if you believe sex will be boring after so many years, then it likely will be. It's a choice to make it a priority.

Yasmin--

I would say for me, it would just be something COMPLETELY different for him to enjoy. I don't do stuff like that, well, ever, and him seeing me in that sort of sexier light might be fun for him...and me ;) However, I, unlike you, do NOT have the moves for this kind of stuff.

However, occasionally I'll bust out the nice Vicky's Secret stuff and he's on me like white on rice. It's a bonus every now and then.

"Now, if it's leading up to first time sex, I can understand it....but what is the point of stripping for someone who already knows what you look like?"

I think that for many men, the allure of watching their DW undress or walking around in various stages of undress never fades. If your man is the kind that can't take his eyes off of you while you get ready for bed, he's like that. I think most men are probably like that. Mine knows every detail of my body of course, but he's still riveted to watching me take it off. I haven't done a dance/striptease so far, and if you're not comfortable with that, don't bother. Try just undressing more slowly in front of him and see what kind of reaction you get. :)
