After sex feeling

Ok I have sort of a weird question, and maybe this is only me. Sometimes after we have been having sex for awhile, I start to really hurt down there. You know, the feeling of being rubbed raw I guess. Last night I had to just completely stop b/c I kept wincing.

So my first question is, is this normal? Is something wrong with me maybe?

Also, what can I do to recover? Several days afterwards I still have the raw feeling, and I am beginning to understand why women turn down sex daily. Can I use lotion(s) or aloe or something there to help it heal?

Just for the record, we always make sure there is plenty of lube (either from me or the bottle), so that's not the problem.

Thanks

Sandra

It SOUNDS as if you're describing pain from dryness but I think you need to go for an exam. ANYTIME you experience pain, particularly pain that lasts for days afterward, then you're doing damage. Get a dr.'s diagnosis since many things, including yeast infections, STD's, lack of lubrication, allergic reactions, etc. can cause pain and rawness.

BTW, you may THINK you're fully naturally lubricated, but it still may not be enough to prevent pain and vaginal lacerations.

The only times I have experienced that type of physical discomfort is when we really have been going at for a while and there was NOT enough lubrication or when I have a yeast infection. More often it is the latter because I am heavy on the oral lubrication! Typically, the first indicator to me that I am getting a yeast infection is when sex is uncomfortable - I don't get many of the other symptoms for another day or two...

I have a question for ya??!! I experience the same thing. And yes we stay well lubed as well. Is your SO circumsized?? If so, does he have some pubic hair that comes up the shaft of his penis?? My SO has a little bit. It doesn't come up too far, but I really think that it rubs and makes me sore. Just a thought. Let me know. Thanks

Agree. Sometimes I get sore and don't want it every day. Every other day is sometimes better. Mmmm, I dunno if it's lubrication, or just that stuff gets a bit stretched -- hard to say. Make sure there's tons of lubrication though. I don't go for any of the "aftermarket" stuff -- just use tons of spit. If you don't mind your own taste (some girls very much do, but some like me are very much into it), ask him to pull out occasionally for a few seconds of suction, and you can keep it really well saliva'd, then pop it back in there. You can do this every couple of minutes and it does help.

One thing that's so bizarre though is, if he comes inside me, I feel like I have a furnace inside my pelvis. It doesn't hurt, it just feels very warm. That's silly b/c obviously semen is no hotter than body temperature. Purely pschosomatic I suppose, but it happens most every time.

Circumcision and hair on the penis? There's no correlation at all. Hair might be the culprit, but that has nothing to do with whether or not a man is circumsised.

Yes - it can. Look up botched circumsisions. When the doc snips the foreskin off, he might cut too much off. Then, they have to pull the skin together, pulling the normal pubic hair area up onto the shaft - thus causing hair to grow on the shaft where it shouldn't. I have researched it (only because of an anit-curcumsision debate) and it is possible.
