Latex condoms. At least i think so, because everytime i've used one i get a yeast infection right after :(

What to do? Do most brands have non latex? If so..which?

Were you diagnosed by a doctor for yeast infection or are you thinking that's what you have?

What a pain! I know what that's like, as I get bacterial vaginosis whenever I use latex condoms. Durex makes a polyurethane condom (called "Avanti") that I've been really happy with.

Oh! Well. Acutally, no i wasn't diagnosed with a yeast infection after sex. I just guessed it was since it was the same symptoms. Itching, redness, white cheesy discharge...you know how it is..i mean, it was prety much the same symptoms...so...is it possible that it's NOT a yeast infection? i actually haven't asked my OB/GYN about this yet...i guess i should? lol

I agree with Tish that you should see your doctor and the fact that you aren't allergic to other latex products would preclude that the being the problem because Trojan Latex Condoms are the most effective against pregnancy and STD's. Good luck.

Yes, it's very possible it's not a yeast infection but some other vaginal infection.

Yeah it makes sense that it could be Bacterial...but why just after sex? I guess that's what i want to know now...perhaps it just gets really irritated? Because i've never enjoyed intercourse because it always hurts :( Foreplay is great and then i'll feel all nice and ready and then i'll try to have intercourse and it feels like my natural lubrication just vanishes! I mean. I had sex last...2 sundays ago i think..and before that, i didn't have any symptoms really of a bacterial infection and i don't have any symptoms now either. They went away like...the week after...so now i'm confused lol. Is it me? Or the condom? :(
