Ok Girls I have a question:

I don't get waxed/shaved every two weeks for a couple reasons 1.) Money 2.)Sometimes I'm lazy hehe. When I refer to waxed/shaved I mean everything, down there, legs, underarms..the works.

But then when we're in the heat of the moment I SO regret not getting waxed. I honestly do not want to be in front of him if I'm not taken care of that way lol I just don't feel as attractive as I do when I'm all "ready" lol. I know he doesn't care, like he's told me whatever I want to do with my body is my choice but I feel so gross having sex and not shaving or something!!!!!

Isn't that such a bugger??????

ALWAYS having to shave or wax just IN CASE..like its such a pain in the butt lmao

Shoegal, it's hard to judge exactly why someone has let themselves go. Did you see the movie "Terms of Endearment" with Shirley Mclaine, Debra Winger and Jack Nicholson? The premise of the movie is about a mother and daughter(raised upper middle-class) and their relationship. Shirley Mclaine was a very prim and proper, kind of anal retentive mother(didn't even want to be called grandma), but was extremely overprotective and loving of her daughter. Her daughter is NOTHING like her. She's carefree and sort of sloppyish, but loves her mother unconditionally. It's a classic movie, really, and I loved Nicholson's character and how the real "man" is revealed underneath all of that machosim. Anyhow, Debra Winger is diagnosed with cancer and you witness how Shirley Mclaine transforms under the stress and duress of such a tragedy.

The famous scene is when she tirades up to the nurse's station in the hospital and totally freaks out. Demanding(slamming her hands and feet in a tantrum), that ITS TIME for her daughter to get her TIMELY dose of PAIN KILLER and screaming how it's NOW A FEW MINUTES past that time and how her baby NEEDS relief. It's a scene that I'll never forget. Looking at her, you would have thought she was a nutcase. She looked horrible(roots growing out, no makeup on, generally unkept), and that's what made it so realistic.

My point in all of this, is if we can imagine for a minute how extreme amounts of stress can have such a profound effect on an individual, imagine to some degree a person who is constantly stressing over how to keep a roof over their children's heads? Will there be enough money for food? What if I get fired tomorrow? What if one of us gets sick? I can't afford a doctor or dentist even though I'm in dire need of one. Life for some, is not all about fun and luxuries, it's about survival. Stress is the waste of the American lifestyle, and it's becoming reflective in the waistline(the result of some of popular coping mechanisms...i.e. lifestyle).

I would have to agree! Been there, enjoyed that immensely, but once is enough!
