Anybody ever been to a nudist resort?

Any stories of first-time experiences?
DH and I are considering breaking up our winter by heading south to the warmth and stripping our clothes.

No, my DH and I have never ventured to a nudist resort but we've indulged in some nude activities, skinny dipping, etc. privately, while on vacation. I'm just not much for stripping down with strangers though.
Hope you have fun down here though....it's going to be 78 degrees today! Certainly warm enough to strip it all off!
I ended up driving past a nudist resort here in SoCal, Glen Eden Resort. I had heard about it, then I saw that they had a sign on the freeway at the exit. It didn't say that it was a nudist resort...I just remembered the name.

Years ago, I went to some local nude beaches (I'm in Australia). Not that it's any big deal - we go topless on our main beaches quite regularly.
I loved it. As one of the other posters said, I took to it like a duck to water. No issues with being nude, esp. because everyone else was just 'normal' like me. Lots of saggy bits, cellulite etc. It's certainly NOT a glamorous pastime LOL
One funny bit was my then BF getting a hard-on (looking at a bending over woman infront) and quickly rolling over. he he. Don't cha just love being a woman? LOL
All our bits and pieces stay hidden even when aroused! I just read a story about a restaurant in NYC that has a nudist club meet there monthly for dinner. They draw the shades (privacy from the street), turn the heat up and have a buffet for them. I was thinking, if that's your thing, it must be nice to be able to do it indoors for a change, instead of it always being a beach or pool or campground.
I don't want this to come out wrong, because I think the human body is beautiful in all forms and I admire those that can just 'take it all off' - but I can't think of anything less sexual than seeing a variety of (mostly) middle-aged bodies sitting in a restaurant! The sags, the bulges, the jiggles, the scars and lumps and wrinkles. Those whom we love, we love all of them, and accept those things without blinking. But watching a naked stranger eat ribs and go back for seconds.... However, I guess you wouldn't have to worry about loosening your belt!
