Anyone appreciate hair down there?

Does anyone actually appreciate the presence of, and appearance of pubic hair? After reviewing many of the message posts within this site and hearing from different people in public it seems like everyone is on a mission to end the presence of all bikini hair on earth forever. I find pubic hair to be physically appealing and am especially interested to hear some replies from others within the 20-30 age bracket of which I am a part. I have no issue with maintanence, but find the brazilian method a bit much. I need to know that I am not the only one left who sees value in keeping hair down there. I'm looking for as many posts as possible, please fill me in.

I guess I've never allowed my hair to get that long. Even when it was natural, I still kept the length trimmed so that it was easier to manage. And are you sure you weren't feeling YOUR hairs around the shaft?

Natural can get too long. Maybe it should have been braided? Feeling around the juncture, one could sometimes feel several hairs and where they disappear. And following them to their source, indicated it was the enveloping partner.

I think you're right...when it gets THAT long that it's getting in the way, it's time to trim or BRAID!

I don't know Kat, but I think that pubic hair only gets to a certain length and then it falls out which is why it doesn't grow to be extremely lengthy? At least that's the only way I can explain why it's not very long.

Yes, I know that we lose about 100 hairs on our heads every day and it's probably the same down there. Maybe more with all the friction, etc. But just as some people can grow their head hair to amazing lengths, myself included, that's probably possible below the belt, too. I know in the past, if I didn't trim the length, it would have been several inches long.

I have a thick head of hair and I can't tell you how much I lose a day(although DH could)and how quickly it grows...so I'm thankful that my pubic hairs don't follow! ;-)

I had that conversationonce with a girl and it was not a total deal breaker. She did refuse to do anything about the issue and was grossed out that I had a different opinion on the subject, probably at the thought that I wasn't shaved down in addition. I have to say though that it is an important issue to me and I really hope that I find someone where the opinions are mutual. We ended up ending the relationship within about a month anyway, just too many differences of opinion. ( :

Fly, I would agree with Tish that if something this trivial becomes a major issue in a relationship, then it's not much of a relationship. Usually, when deeper feelings are involved, you think your partner is perfect, as is. And she would WANT to please you even in the smallest ways.

I've been having sex for 24 years and I've yet to have hair be an issue either. Either in having it 'pulled in' or Dh demanding I groom it a certain way. After *20* years of marriage, he's still just so happy to be having sex (and having it regularly!) that I could pretty much do anything with pubic hair and he wouldn't care.

I *could* see that if a woman had extreeeeemely long hairs that some might get caught in the thrusting, but I would think that would be a rare occurance. How on earth have people been having sex for centuries with unshaved pubic hair????
