Anyone appreciate hair down there?
| Mon, 09-27-2004 - 5:00pm |
Does anyone actually appreciate the presence of, and appearance of pubic hair? After reviewing many of the message posts within this site and hearing from different people in public it seems like everyone is on a mission to end the presence of all bikini hair on earth forever. I find pubic hair to be physically appealing and am especially interested to hear some replies from others within the 20-30 age bracket of which I am a part. I have no issue with maintanence, but find the brazilian method a bit much. I need to know that I am not the only one left who sees value in keeping hair down there. I'm looking for as many posts as possible, please fill me in.

I'm glad you agree with me on that :-)

You hate shaving, hate the way it looks and feels, yet you do it because your b/f tells you to?

"I like the look, I prefer it vastly during oral sex, and the increased sensation during intercourse alone is worth it."
Do you mean you prefer the increased sensation of trimmed vs shaved?
I ask because I really like the feel of my wife's pubic hair, and I think shaved wouln't feel as good, especially during intercourse. Even for oral, we find a little trim of the hairs right around her labial lips eliminates any irritation and is the perfect solution.

Sorry Jim, but looking like a 9 year old or a porn star is still a matter of personal view "only"...just wanted everyone to be clear on that. When see it, are reminded of the porn and 9 year olds that, apparently, see often enough. That doesn't mean that it looks that way "overall" though.
As stated so many times before, having hair makes you look like a porn star too, since porn stars have hair, so there's just no difference to be discussed except for people's preference only...has nothing to do with what it looks like. Also, being natural, according to some people, simply means no more face shaving or shaving legs. So these analogies that some people enjoy using still aren't very accurate IMHO. ;)

I agree with lostguy.
And ,para, it's called PUBIC hair because it grows in at PUBERTY ( i.e. when you mature)
and I'd say at least 95% of 9-year-olds and probably a higher percentage of porn stars don't have any pubic hair, so it's not unreasonable to make a comparison to those two groups.

feeling contrary today because of the adverse election results.
Taoist,
An increasing number of men are going bald on their heads too. An increasing number of men are going with the goatee look. An increasing number of men are getting cornrolls. So, where do we go from there? LOL!
They do it cause they like it, whats to "figure out" at all??? LOL! Personally, I think its time for us to just accept that people have different preferences that aren't always going to be the same as our own and that there is to defend our own preferences just because of that.
If anyone feels the pressure to become simply because he/she learned of someone else's preference, then that is THAT individuals issue and NOT the issue of those who quite simply have their own 'innocent' preferences. There's nothing to defend and there's really nothing to figure out. I like pear flavor more than I like strawberry, there's just to figure out about it. LOL!
Just my opinion. :)

I take no issue with anyone who chooses to groom their OWN body in their own way, but when someone tells me that I'm not considered groomed, or I am gross because I don't shave my pubic hair, then they are inflicting their preferences onto me. If pubic hair is not acceptable to many man, then it's an unfortunate day when it becomes a dealbreaker.
