Hi, I just have a question, since I'm a very paranoid person. I mixed up my birth control this month somehow. I took it before I was supposed to start it, thinking it was a different day, and then one day i looked and the pill i was supposed to take for that day was already gone, so I'm not sure how I did it, but I screwed it up. I'm freaking out now thinking that there's probably a very good chance it wont protect and I'm wondering if anyone knows what the statistics are if you miss one pill on a day, or anything like that, what the rate is that it will or wont work? If anyone knows please help!!! Thanks!!

I don't know what the statistics or rates are, but I did that once - still don't know what or how it happened. I just continued to take them on the regular schedule and was fine. If you took the whole month of pills (which you obviously did, just one day ahead of time) you're still protected. You may just start your period a day earlier than usual.
