As long as you are exercising at home just think of the challenge as something to do if you aren't able to get to the gym or workout that day. It'll just be a little something to keep you on track.
i did your challenge for one day. I went home and worked out some more. I think I might tone it down some. But it was nice having something to work for during the day at work. Im going to keep up a few of those things. I dont think im going to keep drinking that much water. I had 15 cups of water yesterday about 12 oz each cup.... I drink alot of water anyway but just water all day, is not my thing. LOL take care.
You're right! Your body does adjust to all the extra water intake. You're up to 70 oz! WHOA!!! The totally awesome container that I found and love is currently in the trunk of my car at the garage getting worked on. (I have a feeling that's where my dd's dance shoes are too and she has dance today and I'm not driving the 10 miles to get them)
Can I suggest something? I know how addicting pop can be but if you could even cut out the one can of diet pepsi you would be surprised at how that helps you lose weight.
yes getting started is sometimes hard. The work out is good dont get me wrong. I would love to sit at my desk and do leg lifts. which i have. I thought If I do it all one day then next I can see what is not accomplish able for me. I cut it down alot. but with my office there are people that come and go. Its hard to do crunches and jumping jacks with people coming in and out...lol
thats okay i still managed to do a little work out at work yesterday. At home I made an extra effort to exercise some more. Guess it is starting to sink in.
Isn't it amazing how once you start to exercise you begin to feel better and it just kind of become a habit because you're beginning to love the way you look and feel?

Keep in mind that the workout is not 'mine'. It is from another board that I used to help out on that has since been shut down.
I don't blame you for toning it back a bit. I just have to get started!

I can see where that would be a problem! I'd hate to try to have to explain it!
