I have a new bf who is a great lover and is very well endowed but he always does one thing which grosses me out, even though it's of course quite natural. He has tremendous staying power and if I want him to he will stay hard for 45 minutes or pretty much however long I want. However, after several minutes of intercourse he often has to pee extremely badly -- even if he has recently gone. It is just wierd because he will go and go and go -- we can have a fairly long conversation while he's like, psssssssssssssssst, in fact it sometimes takes so long that I'm considerably dried out. Then when he comes back to bed it's, like, uhhh, dripping and that's so gross, although he will usually just put it right back inside me. Any of you have bfs who have the urge to go during sex, and if so, how do they get everything drip-free quickly?

I don't think it has to do with a UTI because, i do that myself, to prevent from getting one. I read that it's normal to use the bathroom before and after, and sometimes during sex, so that the person is not uncomfortable, and also for the women, so they don't get UTI's and yeast. Maybe it hurts him to have sex while he has to go to the bathroom, and with UTI's you only pee a small aount out, not a huge amount of pee. I should know i used to get them every month.

Ok why should he be checked out by a doctor? Nothing is wrong with him, I mean my husband has stopped during sex to go to the bathroom, what's wrong with it? If my husband got upset everytime i went to the bathroom we would have a problem. No reason to see a doctor, everyone is different, and sometimes it does hurt to have sex when you have to go pee, by men and women! Just because you have never experienced it doesn't, it doesn't happen. So just relax, if he can stay hard afterwards then good for you, some men don't. If it's the pee that hangs on afterwards tell him to shake it off, extra good or wipe it with TP paper.

Dripping? Hmm... I'm not sure about that one. I do know that it's normal for a woman to have to pee during sex.. maybe it's that same for a guy. I know I have to pee sometimes during sex. When my boyfriend is having a hard time getting off.. he says it's because he has to pee.. so he goes to pee then everything is ok! So I guess it is the same for guys?

And that's why my DH and I will always go to the bathroom before going to bed, too. We don't LIKE having sex with a full bladder OR stopping in the middle of sex to go!

Just throwing out a suggestion. This has never happened to me, so I don't know, but is it possible he has a prostate problem and doesn't know it? I think the prostate cuts off the urethra so that no urine can be "dispelled" while erect. Just a thought.

He definately has a prostate or bladder problem. He should go to a doctor immediately.
