The bump that you are looking for is really more of a swelling that occurs once the g-spot is being stimulated.

It's also easier to have a partner find your g-spot, or to use a vibrator that is specifically designed for g-spot stimulation. Your g-spot is located on the front wall of your vagina -- behind the boney spot. If you insert your finger and bend it in a come hither style, facing the front wall of your vagina, you should feel a different type of sensitivity when you actually stimulate the g-spot. During that stimulation, you should feel the spot begin to swell.

If you have a partner, you may find it helpful to lay on your back and elevate your pelvic area with a couple of pillows. In this position, straight entry will usually go right to the g-spot. G-spot vibrators are designed to have a larger, more bulbous (or L-shaped) end that will stimulate the g-spot when inserted just 2 or 3 inches into the vagina.

There are some good diagrams at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G-spot or http://www.the-clitoris.com/n_html/ejacula.htm#prost which may give you a better understanding of where your g-spot actually is. Relax and give your body time to react to the sensations that can be felt there. It may not happen on the first attempt, but keep trying to find it when you're highly aroused -- the results will be very worth the practice it takes to get there ;-)

Just "searching" for it probably isn't going to find it.

Welcome to the board, tyger.

We put a plastic protector on our mattress recently. That protects the mattress, but it doesn't keep the bedding from getting wet and needing changed. I do have an older rubber-backed mat that I folded over (rubber sides together) and slipped into a spare pillowcase. That way, it has the same feeling as the sheets, but it's absorbent, and after sex, I just throw it over the edge of our tub to dry.

Since the ejaculate doesn't really have an odor, I usually wash the pillow case with my sheets and the mat when I'm doing the bathroom rugs. Sometimes more frequently.

It works great!

It took me a little while to find my own g-spot.
