Plenty of women can wear skimpy bathing suits or bikinis at the beach and not want to take them off completely. Everyone has different boundaries. Just wearing skimpy clothing at a party doesn't mean that you want to walk around completely naked.
I suspect she would have decided that it was time to go home if everyone's clothing fell off at the end of the evening. It's her right, just as it's your right to lose the clothes. Her choice is no better or worse or more right or wrong than your choice either.
