The "opaque" is probably lubrication, not ejaculate.

I don't think it's purchased lubrication. I find the natural discharge and lubrication from my vagina is often white or opaque.

If it's white in what you're seeing, it's either from somewhere other than the skene's gland, or, like Sakura said, it's probably been doctored.

If you FE (female ejaculate), there won't be a question about it! It's very different than an orgasm, but can often happen along with an orgasm (or very close to an orgasm).

Female ejaculate comes out of the urethra and is a clear liquid, very thin and watery. Not sticky, no odor, and usually in copious amounts. Often in porn, it is depicted as "squirting" out as if it's on a pump. It doesn't always do this.

Your own lubrication is inside of your vagina. It makes intercourse more enjoyable and usually occurs when you become aroused, and can continue to occur throughout the sexual experience. While it may come out of your body, it is more likely to do so once it is mixed with your partners secretions as well.

Speaking from my own observation, when I solo, I usually notice a creamy white discharge, but not a huge amount,
