Clit Question

I have a question I have been to embarassed to ask my pharmasist, docotor, or any friends or family about. My boyfriend and I seem to have over stimulated my clit or something. basically it's really sore and I got a mirror to look at it with him and it's like there is skin rubbing off my clit. It's really sore and very itchy. I know it's not an STD or anything as I have been tested within the last 2 weeks and I was all clear. Basically it just looks like he (or we...) rubbed it to hard. I was on Nuva Ring for a little while and stopped it because of spotting and the fact it made me really dry in that whole area. And so the area was very sore and irritated to begin with. I wasn't sure what to do as it is very sore and if we try and play I can't handle it. I got some vagisil moisturizer to just keep it moist. But is there some topical cream that can help speed the heeling some? Or at least take away the itch and protect it some....

IF you're very concerned, go see your gyno to rule out infection or something more serious.
If you're fairly certain it's just dryness & inflammation from rubbing, then wear skirts or dresses for a few days to allow air circulation, less restriction & friction while you continue using the moisturizer. Try taking baths as well....that always promotes healing.
How long has this been going on? I don't get it, if you were tested by a doctor two weeks ago for STD's, and you weren't embarassed to ask for the tests, then why would you be embarassed to ask the doctor's opinion of something that's sore and painful? Do you actually think he/she's never seen anything like that before?
At the very least, you need to stop the sex for a week or two to let it heal, and then see what happens. If it doesn't heal, then it's infected (which doesn't necessarily mean an STD), and you NEED to see a doctor.
