Ok, quick question. Why would a man continue to sleep with a woman, if the majority of the time he doesn't ejaculate? I mean if a man and a women have sex all the time and he never gets off but he makes sure that she does, why would he be ok with this? Why would he just turn over afterwards and just go to sleep? Why would he come back for more with her? Thanks!

Who says he HAS to ejaculate to enjoy what he's doing?

Ejaculation is just one part of having sex with a partner, and for the guy you're talking about, it appears to not be a necessity for him to enjoy himself. He could have some physical problems or he could have some psychological reasons that are keeping him from ejaculating. There is even one condition where he would ejaculate but it would go into his bladder instead of squirting out during sex. This is called Retrograde Ejaculation. Here's some information on it:

If I was in a relationship with a guy and had this going on, I would talk to him about it -- but I wouldn't make a big issue out of it. Since it can be a sign that he has other health issues, if he isn't sure why it's happening, he might want to talk with his doctor about it.
