my boyfriend says he doesn't enjoy giving me cunnilingus because it smells bad but i don't understand why this is. is is just that he doesn't like the way i naturally smell or could it be caused by something im doing/ or not doing? it would help if i knew how it was suppposed to smell but i obviously have nothing to compare it to. i havent had this problem with other men before. help!

Good idea to go back to the Doctor to just make sure that everything is cleared up.

Unfortunately giving oral sex to someone that has a vaginal thrush infrection will have been really, really unpleasant for him. I suspect that it may be a case of "Once bitten, twice shy". He was probably analysing your taste and odour VERY closely when he tried it the second time and wasn't really enjoying the whole experience.

Once you're checked out and everything is OK, I suggest that you get him into the shower, make sure that you give yourself a good wash before you ask him to go down on you again. Maybe you could even dab a little perfume on your thighs to work as a distraction for him?

Your natural clean odour and taste should be fine under normal circumstances but we're dealing with a guy that's a bit gun-shy now. You might have to go the extra distance the next couple of times to ensure that you are exceptionally clean and smelling sweet. :-)

Perhaps he needs to slowly re-aquaint himself with your vagina? It might take some time for him to reassure himself that you smell and taste just fine. If you feel comfortable touching yourself in front of him, maybe you could ask him to watch you touch yourself? Ask him to gently stroke your labia at the same time. I know that I love to get a close view of my partner when she masturbates and many times I haven't been able to resist a lick as I've watched her fingers doing their thing.

Good luck and have fun.

Yes, you should get a recheck after the medication is finished to make sure the infection has cleared up.
