From your other posts it seems like you are able to distinguish when a woman has a vaginal or clitoral orgasm. If you aren't sure, can't you just ask her?
I think you meant "unable" not "able". I can distinguish whether she has an orgasm while we're having intercourse. We don't do any kind of direct clitoral stimulation, but I assume indirect clitoral stimulation plays a role, as does G-spot stimulation because of some of the positions and thrusting techniques we use. As far as asking her goes, she can't answer because she doesn't analyze what she's feeling, she just enjoys it. I think this is probably one of the reasons she always orgasms. BTW, I voted "Yes, always" because she always orgasms several times during intercourse and in every position we've tried. I was following Yasmin's suggestion on this.

Regarding the answers to the poll; I answered for my wife, Yes, but I must have simultaneous clitoral stimulation. We've talked about this before and she's now to the point where she really isn't sure if she's had vaginal orgasms.
She can get to a point when I'm really deep and just giving her short strokes that she says she needs to stop because it feels so good?? She can discern quite clearly when it's clitoral... actually so can the next door neighbors. But that's another thing.

Responding to taoistnovice; I always thought the g-spot was about 3 inches or so? The deep rubbing is either right before the cervix (AFE), cervical (I'm careful not to bang head on), or the posterior fornix (CDS).
Regarding the labial lips, good point. I hadn't thought of that.
