I've never heard/seen anyone discussing this issue, so i'm thinking i'm the only one with this problem.
After having sex (and I'm on birth control so he cums in me) I drip for the next 24 hours or so and I started to wear a pad to keep me clean. is this normal, is this what everyone does?

Yes, we all drip afterwards.... My advice to you is wash you vagina thoughroughly, like reach in there and dig everythign out.. that's how i do it... so i don't get any drippings after!

My husband squirts a large amount of semen but it's only a problem for me after morning sex on weekdays when I work. The dripping is a nuissance but easily solved with a tampon for me. I use a mattress cover to save my mattress from those ugly tell-tale semen stains. BTW, I rather like the wet sticky feeling at night and rarely make a trip to the bathroom to clean up.

it is common for me I don't know about anyonelse but I have been on birth control for about a year and I always have to deal with it. I find it helps if right sfter sex you go to the bathroom and wipe your self up because it is still some what to the point where it will come out easier.

When we have sex in the morning, I have the problem of dripping during the day. I use a panty liner or tissue. It's the main reason why I prefer sex at night. My husband likes it in the morning. So, I please him.

My SO's "drip" depends upon where she is in her cycle.

1) The consistency of her own lubrication/"discharge" changes at some point in her cycle (ovulation?).

2) Then there is her own residual lubrication.

3) Then there is my fluids. I'm not sure she can tell mine from her's accurately but she says that sometimes my cum doesn't flow out until 4 hr later. Other times she has to mop up with tissues before she can get out of bed.

She gets up and pees after sex to avoid UTIs.

During waking hours she usually uses a pantyliner later in her cycle as she doesn't like a "wet" feeling down there. For about a week & a half to 2 weeks after her period she doesn't need pantyliners.
