My boyfriend is having problems staying hard. What can I do or say to help him through this? He's only 33 years old, but he does have diabets so I'm sure it's affecting things. I just hate seeing him so frustrated.

Thanks

Welcome to the board renee19762004.

Diabetes does cause problems with erectile dysfunction (ED). The best course of action for him is to talk with his doctor about the problems he is having. There may be medications he can take to help the problem.

If you can be supportive, that will be the most helpful to him. Letting him know that you're frustrated, or pressuring him about it will only add to the psychological effects he is already experiencing from the problem.

You've been given a heap of links to read, so I won't add to them. I just wanted to add though, that if his diabetes isn't very well controlled, this can make the problem worse. He should see his doctor to talk about his options.
