Femal Secretion & Sex

Sometimes when I have sex, it hurts when he enters. I've spoken about this before and I've had a pap test and my doctor said everything looked great and healthy. But I have a question, maybe this has happened to other women. After a couple days that I have sex, my secretion will be a little darker. It's not time for my period yet so I'm thinking maybe it's built up tissue that is causing the pain from the sex and is secreting out the canal of the vagina. Is that possible? Has this happened to anyone?

Thanks

Built up tissue? No, that's not something women's bodies do.....or at least, it's not something I've ever heard of the female body doing. Where did you get this idea - can you give us more info on the source?

While you were at the doctor, did you mention painful sex? If so, what did he say? However, if you didn't say anything, perhaps you should return.

What "tissue" are you talking about? Nothing comes out of your vagina but the normal vaginal secretions, and your menstrual blood. After sex, if you haven't used a condom, for a day or so, there might still be a little semen, but nothing else.

Weren't you diagnosed with endo? That's what's causing the painful sex.

I'm only guessing here but I think that it's more likely that there is a small amount of bleeding in addition to the pain from sex. It's possible that you are getting tiny tears or chaffing inside during sex. That might be what is causing the discolouration.

What causes the tears or chaffing? A lack of lubrication would be the likely culprit. You should try to ensure that you are well lubricated either naturally or with the help of some lubricant before penetration. A lack of lubrication can be caused by a lot of things but it's most likely to be too little foreplay, rushing the intercourse before you are fully aroused and have had time to lubricate, or you could be nervous or tense which can interfer with lubricating naturally.

Yes thats what I mean. Built up tissue from tears inside!! My doctor said that having endometriosis causes the tissue to build up on my lower back muscles which causes pain. My lining is fine and I explained the pain during sex and she said that I should use more lubrication. She said it's probably also hurting me because my muscles become tense and I squeeze too tightly when he enters which may cause the discomfort during sex. She figured this when she checked my ovaries and uterus with her fingers during the examination I tensed up a LOT. I do tense up a bit whenever he enters, I don't know why, I always do it no matter how raving to go, I am. So, I'm going to try using lube all the time now because I'm pretty sure it's tearing.

So what can I do to help it other than use more lube? Thanks

Other than using lube, you can encourage your body to naturally lubricate. Lots of foreplay, like others said, have an orgasm (or many) before actual intercourse, he can manually or orally stimulate you or you can masturbate. You'll be a lot more lubricated after having an orgasm.

If you tense up, it's going to be uncomfortable or hurt.

Well we spend enough time that it gets me going. We don't sit there and wait for orgasms for either of us. I don't usually orgasm from it. I've orgasm like 6 or seven times since we've started having sex and one time I almost stopped breathing lol. I always associate orgasms with vaginal sex but I guess trying to have one beforehand might be a good idea in the case of lubrication.

Thanks!
