A handful of women (myself included) on this board experience FE quite regularly. I can understand your being embarrassed, because there is such little knowledge of the subject. I never did find the words to warn a new lover. However, once they were over the initial shock, it's never a problem. Well, at least nothing that I few folded towels can't solve ;-)

As Aisha said, there's NOTHING to be embarassed about. If your b/f wasn't aware of what was going on, let him read the info at that link.
Since guys always seem to thing that orgasms & FE are their doing, (of course, it's not!) he should be proud that you did it.
Many women would love to experience it, so enjoy it.
Thanks for your info. I guess the most embarrassing thing about it was that I have been with my dh for almost 14 years and we have never had anything like that happen before! Since sex has always been so terrific until last fall when my dh was put on medication, I am afraid that my dh is not going to want to give bj's anymore. I just didn't know what to say to him.
Do you ladies have any warning or feeling when it is coming on? I'd like to warn him. To be honest I know I felt a really warm sensation, but if he hadn't said anything I wouldn't have thought anymore about it other than "That was weird". I was in a different position for us so maybe that was it. Thanks so much for your help. I do feel better knowing I am not the only one that has happened to. I am going to check out the link now. Thanks.
Did your husband seem upset, or just surprised? If he never heard of FE, he might have though it was urine, and I'll be you did, also. If it's new to him, it might put him off a little, but have him read the same web site, so that he knows it's not urine.
It's not unusual that you've been married a long time and it just happened. The "usual" cause of FE is "g" spot stimulation, AND the fact that you "allowed" it to happen. Many women get to that point, feel that feeling of immanent urination (it feels the same because it's coming from the urethra, just as a man's ejaculate does!) and they stop.
I was 63 the first time it ever happened to me. Like you, I'd never even heard of it, but I was lucky because my new partner at that time asked me if I'd ever done it. I didn't believe him, so I did some research, and lo and behold, he was right. Before long it happened, but in my case, I wasn't embarassed because I knew he was excited about it. Guys like to think they're responsible for a woman's orgasm, and for FE....like they're doing such a wonderful job, it's great for their ego! We all know they can help, but in the end it's up to the woman to be so at ease with her sexuality that she allows these things to happen. This partner was so "into" it that he LOVED when it happened from Oral sex.....didn't bother him at all.
It shouldn't bother your husband. After all, don't you give him oral sex, and don't you get HIS ejaculate in your mouth? (assuming, I know, lol) The only down side that I know about it is that if you do it several times (I did) it can make a complete disaster in the bed....forget wet spot, and think SOAKED from one side to the other. If you have to sleep there, you have to strip the bed & re-make it which isn't all that much fun when you're tired & it's late. I finally got some "incontinence pads" so that they could just be rolled up, and washed the next day. Towels were definitely not enough protection.
Talk to your husband about it, you might be surprised to find that he loved it, and wants it to happen again. If that's the case, have him try the "venus butterfly" on you. That's when he uses his fingers to stimulate the "g" spot during oral. You will love it, and so will he. That can give you a combination of a fantastic orgasm and ejaculation at the same time.
Many women have never experienced FE, and would give anything to be able to. Don't be embarassed about it, enjoy it!
