I'm contemplating having anal sex with my current partner however, I'm a little concerned about the whole poop idea. As in, is he going to get poop on his penis during anal sex? is there a way to avoid this?
I think I'd be completely embaressed if this were to happen so it's pretty much a deciding factor for me...

help!

So I should not be concerned that feces is going to be on him?
Has this happened to anyone before, even if they have taken a finger to clean it out a bit?

My finger is definately not as long as his penis so I'm still concerned that his penis is going to come out not so nice.. if you know what I mean.

The guy I'm with will not have sex during my period so I find it strange that he wants to try anal.. maybe he hasn't thought about the whole feces factor.. maybe my fear/concern is silly.... but I think it might freak him out alittle if he pulls out with a poopie penis!

If he wants to go there, he certainly knows what's in there! If it doesn't bother him, why should it bother you?

Exactly. There is no need for concern if you use an enema, since you'll have cleaned out your bowels completely.

Personally I wouldn't be big on the idea of an enema. If nothingelse, how can you feel sexy after having had an enema? Provided you have been to the toilet recently and are clean (as in externally and have showered etc etc) recently then there should be little problem with it. Like many things, there are sometimes complications. If he likes the idea of anal sex then the possibilty of a little mess has crossed his mind and he has decided to risk it. He can always wear a condom if it disturbs him too much and you'd be surprised at how often it ISN'T a problem. I dunno why. Somehow it usually isn't much of a problem.

What would you or he expect to be on his penis if you're planning on having anal sex? It's the poop shute for goodness sake.

And sorry E, but for me personally, an enema certainly isn't something I would be willing to do every time! It's NOT a pleasant experience and it shouldn't require that kind of preparation! You can't make the rectum like the vagina by doing an enema as there will always be feces in there. The very act of anal penetration can stimulate the need for elimination anyway! Think of a rectal exam at the dr. office.

Maybe those who do anal and enjoy it are more realistic about the possibility of a mess and think it's worth the experience.

Back to the OP: your guy surely is aware that he may get feces on his penis and that's why he should wear a condom. But it's just poop, it washes off.

If either of you is too squeamish or embarrassed to deal with that, then it wouldn't be a good idea to try it.

No, I've never used an enema for anal sex.
