Flacid versus Erect

So here's one for the laugh factory, but do let's play. While shopping today, I came to realize I must not be adjusting well to how much his new working schedule has affected our sex life because I actually caught myself looking at men's groins. As I watched one man walk across the restaurant, I was amazed by his pant's protuding bulkiness and it made me question flacid size versus erect size, and I thought you all should be able to answer this one. . .
Now we all know that erections come in different sizes (2 inched to about 12 inches), however, in your experience, does a man's flacid size indicate his erect size? OR
Which, in your experience, promotes a larger erect size: small flacid or large flacid?

"It sounds as though you used a measuring tape or ruler, but I can't be sure how you arrived at your measurement. The most practical way for a woman, if she wants to know his size, is to simply know what the width of her hand measures, and then use that as a gadge when she holds his penis. It might not be quite as accurate as a ruler sitting on him, but it'll give a close idea.
Btw, since 3.5" is the average flaccid penis length, 4" is not well hung."

It was a ruler, but I also know the hand trick. I know that 4" isn't much more than average, but to me it is "well hung", as opposed to the shrinkage guys....is it "really well hung"? No. Hm...maybe there should be categories...Not Hung, Hung, Well Hung, Really Well Hung. Then 4" would be Hung. Agreed?
Sorry, ladies, but once again, it all falls on YOU.
It really doesn't matter how big it is.
What really matters is if the receptor is capable of putting some meat around it.
3.5" is the centerpoint of average flaccid length. For instance, some say 6" is average erectlength, while others say 5" to 7" is average. Both ways are basically saying the same thing. 6" represents the centerpoint (I'm saying centerpoint for clarity, but actually it's called the mean) of average, while 5-7 inches represents the average range. 3" to 4" is the average range for flaccid length. So 4" is on the high end of average. I would consider 4.25 to just under 5" flaccid as 'above average'. 5" to just under 6" flaccid as 'hung', 6 to 7" flaccid as 'well hung' and 7+" flaccid as 'very hung'.
