I think you'll have to update your ticker every time you record weight loss on it that way Ray Jay.

When I made my ticker, below it are some codes. You want to use the HTML code, just cut & paste that into your siggy. There is also a link on the page where your ticker is stored. When visiting that link, and recording weight loss, it should update your ticker for you. Otherwise, you'll have to download the image and go through all the same steps each time you record a change.

Hi all. I would love to loose 25 lbs in my stomach. Although I know in two weeks that wont happen. I have been cutting out caffeine lately. And I skipped eating a fast food breakfast with my dd this morning. So on to eating better for the rest of the day. Now I need to add some exercise to that this evening.

Well, as some of you know, I'm a diabetic.

I'm so glad there's someone who has a bit of a head start on me, Moon! Now I'll be able to ask questions, like how long is this going to burn, LOL.

With teaching aerobics, you musn't have always been an "Elaine"! The one thing I hated most about aerobics was that it was always expected that everyone could just join in and learn as they go. In my many attempts, I always felt like a klutz from day one, and never stuck around long enough to really embrace the activity.

I agree, Moon.

I even think it will be better having the motivation and support here than with someone IRL. Everytime I have a goal and the person talks about it, it makes it more difficult to stick too here. Like when I'm dieting and they talk about food -- makes me hungry, LOL. Seems my DH always encourages me to cheat too ... I don't think he realizes how may "just a little" adds up!

In our fantastic virtual world here, it doesn't seem to have that same sort of effect on me.
