I avoided the gym today, but I did go for a 3 mile walk.

Just think how reenergized you will be!
I got on the scale today and was up 2 pounds!! Then I realized..opps that time of the month. (TMI I know sorry) Puts a reality check on the numbers on the scale. Yeah and the wierd stomach ache I had yesterday that I thought was from too much Chinese food!. LOL

I didn't do much Friday (I used the excuse that the gym was closed...hahahaha!)...but it was open today and I hit it early.
I felt so much better after I finished and was happy with myself...btw there was no one there but me!
We went to a dinner party last night and the hostess warned us we might all have heart attacks from the cholesterol in the meal but it was too bad. We all laughed and ate and drank our way through the evening. Today is another day at the gym and full of healthy eating.
