Dinosaurs indeed.....I come from that same period LOL!

DS is the Center/DE/OLB on his school team...he needs some meat on his bones. I am hoping what is settled around his waist will defy gravity and move upwards....at least until his muscles develop.

A couple of decades ago, I happened to work with a guy who moonlighted as event manager at the Worcester Centrum (and also played in a Beatles tribute band... quite an interesting character). He had some very colorful stories about some of the things that took place offstage before Bette Midler's show. I believe 'blue streak' would be an understatement.

At his age, I was a guard on my church basketball team. Football is not a sport for which my build would ever have been appropriate.

My oldest son was the 2 guard/shooting guard on his HS and college teams. At 6'2'' he still has a 32in waist. While both very athletic, my boys have two completely different body types and played different sports.

I like that....

Hi Misty... Happy New Year

Your siggy is elegant and something I very much like!

To get back to the thread....I was very active during our trip last week. The temperatures were absolutely perfect...80's every single day. I walked/jogged

Alright, a maple peanut sauce for crab cakes sounds positively decadent. Any possibility of procuring a recipe from your MIL?

LOL....I have no doubt.

She's refreshing onstage as she skirts the line between raunchy and amusing as she sprinkles her commentary with variations of F bombs and other such talk. She has an endearing quality that get's her off the hook for offending a lot of the "older" crowd she attracts now. I love her.

LOL....I will put out a "feeler"... but she's tough.

She wouldn't make her potato salad until I left the house. LOLOL

I am not kidding.

The crab was decadent. The maple taste on the crispy edges of the cakes was sublime....but then the peanut flavor wrapped around the tongue, subtly, and the combination was so enjoyable.

Having said that...I think I watch Top Chef too much! LOLOL
