Glad to hear your appointment went well, Moon.

Thanks for all of the encouraging words about the chocolate too! I think I'm going to try and loose a couple of extra pounds before my DS goes trick or treating. There's only so much resisting one can do, LOL.

Oh RJJJ! I am so glad to see that you are taking this so seriously and are really committing yourself!

I've tried fat free stuff before and found that it just tastes down right bad to me so I usually avoid it. Instead I just take it easy on the regular stuff. If you look at the back label, sometimes those 'fat free' foods...where the cut the bad stuff out to make it fat free they make it even worse (carb wise) to compensate. I've got a friend with a dd who is a juvenile diabetic and she told me that you really have to watch that stuff sometimes.

I'm NOT putting down the fact that you are eating fat free stuff. I am so proud and jealous of you it's not even funny!

The insurance guy was there before the fire was out and I guess they were coming today. It was a bigger house with a pitched roof because they had a loft above their living room. He says that the next house will not be that way. He's going with a nice ranch style on the foundation as long as it's still good. Being that they do a lot of heavy construction, while my h is on vacation next week the boss and the mexican that works for them (he can't do anything without my h being there because he's a good worker but he almost needs to be told what to do sometimes) depending on what the insurance company says, will start tearing down what's left and while the boss was at the house a guy whose dad built the house (the kid took over the business) went up to the boss and told him that they are at a point with jobs that as soon as he gets it cleared away and the basement cleaned out, they would start building the new house.

I bet I know what's #1 on the checklist...Sprinkler system with heat sensors to go with the security system (they were robbed 12 years ago and had a security system) CHECK!

I know if I ever built a house I'd have a sprinkler system in it!

Just do your best and that weight will be gone in no time! Don't deprive yourself 100% because if you do you will only set yourself up for failure. (And I say that after having had 3 oreo's ;)
