Hilarious!!!!!!!
Oh I have something funny to share. I know someone who just broke her little pinkie and she was sharing how she did it. She was doing the Fitness Trainer on the Wii Fit and fell off!! He doctor said he has been seeing many more injuries due to that!
OK, now I feel bad for her, she is so very sweet and personable and not in bad shape at all, but I was surprised she admitted how she actually broke her finger. I guess I would have made up a less embarrassing story.

yes, the High Heel workout is one I do often. Sometimes with my clothes on and sometimes in various stages of undress for dh. THAT becomes a great workout!

Too funny!

(Note to self: move the coffee table far, far away from the Wii Fit Board!)

Good idea Misty and make sure your know what your feet are doing at all times.

BTW I did go to the gym today and did an easy work out. 45 minutes on my favorite arch trainer. I did it at a very low level and it was PERFECT. It also got my appetite going and I have been a noshing machine all day.
How is your fitness routine going?

Well, I wouldn't call it a routine yet, LOL.

I've been enjoying the Wii Fit a bit, and trying to get out and do things in the yard at least an hour a day.

Now that bathing suit season is approaching, I'm finding encouragement!

Double YaY for you!

I'm not doing well with this program at all!!!!!! Hopefully the nicer weather will at least get DH chasing me around the yard (or beach), LOL.

(Although that won't be today. We're only expecting a hi of 60 degrees!!)

Hi all, I'm glad to see this thread back up again. I'm still sitting on 209, a long way from my original goal but quite happy though. My annual physical is two weeks away and I'd love to drop 2 more pounds. That would give me a 20 pound drop from last year's physical. I think I can do it.

BL - I'm glad to hear about your new weight - way to go girl - were all very happy for you. BTW, when is the one year anniversary of your surgery?

And don't you wish we could fix our spelling without that darned "edit" sign popping up on your post? I need that spell check so badly that when it isn't working or available, I almost don't post.

I think you're doing just great. You're sticking to it. I believe it's not really the numbers, as much as it is how you feel.

It was one year last week, April 2.
