I'm at the 5 mg per day and will be there for the rest of my life, along with about 5 other medications. I know it's the Prednisone, but I was doing so good. Now that the good weather is here, I'm hoping to walk a little more. I walk around the building here are work a few times a day. It's not far, but

I couldn't quit smoking until I retired and got away from the stuff. Hopefully you can do better........that was a challenge.

Misty and my fitness pals.

I am curious if I should post this here or on the other Summer body challenge thread.
I have to say THIS original thread got me focused on being committed to my exercise and eating well. I am SO pleased in hitting all my goals and now ready to reach for more. (I started with just going to the gym 3 times a week every week and now I am there 5-6 times a week, reduced my body fat to where I can see muscles I have not seen ever! and many people-even strangers tell me I am in amazing shape and a role model for quiet a few at the gym)
Anyway I did some research and decided to try to push myself to a new level. I have worked on my own and with a personal trainer but now I am trying a Fitness Coach to tweak somethings.
I read about this woman in Oxygen magazine and contacted her. Yesterday I started my program development. I am doing a 12 week Summer Camp that you can read about here:
