Misty -
I've got it. New topic coming up.
BTW, is that your back yard pool? Nice! Too bad about the neighbor who can see into your backyard. That must slow down friskiness in the daytime.
I do have a fantastic backyard pool with a spa spilling into it (just not the one in the picture). We have a privacy fence, but at certain angles, it can be seen through. DH figures if they want to see that bad, they are welcome to look, LOL.
I'm a little more shy during the day .... but not completely.

Go for it! Your husband's right - if the neighbors are hell-bent on looking, they will.
Good morning all. I went over to the next town yesterday and spent an hour walking through the new gym my membership was unexpectedly switched to. Bigger, not as clean. All different weight machines, I'll have to spend some time finding the ones I want to use in place of my old regime then find the right weights. The cadio equipment is spread around in the four corners of the stuffy second floor running track - yuck. I was in street clothes so everyone looked at me like I was a terrorist. As you can tell, I'm not very excited - grrr.
Got the car back from the dealership late last Friday with a re-manufactured transmission in it - grrr.
Fell over/on the kid's dog Saturday and wrenched my back.....the dog is okay - grrr.
The whole family was here at our house for hamburgers and hot dogs Sunday. The weather was very nice and SIL did all the cooking - that was nice. DS added 2GB of RAM to my old computer, it really improved it's speed.
Today is Remicade day for DW - tomorrow is another Dr. appointment for me.
It's nice to see everyone, have a nice day.

More (((((hugs))))) Ray Jay.
Hopefully this week looks up for you.
How are you doing at maintaining your weight?
Last week in the consult with the cardiologist - he gave me a surprise weigh-in. I was at 217....That pesky +2 pounds just won't go away - LOL - but it is holding there. DW and I have decided that about Labor Day we'll go after another 10 to 20 pounds this winter.
Thanks for asking Great Leader, this week is looking a little quieter already. My barber didn't make any major errors yesterday.
And here is hoping thrilling things happen for you and DH when your injury feels better - I've been reading your posts. You guys are acting like two teenagers - LOL. You go girl! Remember what I always say? (Yeah I know - I have several of those old sayings)

You know, a big situation at his work was resolved a week or so ago, and I swear ... it's put some real spring back in his step!
I think waiting until the weather changes is a goo idea. With all the extra you do in the Summer, it's easier to maintain. I hope the new gym turns out to have some hidden benefits for you. It would be a shame to loose your momentum.
I've started an exercise routine in the pool. Now if the rain would just stop .....

I guess I'll have to make the new gym work for me - somehow, someway.
I need you to explain an exercise program in your pool. Is DH and his springy steps involved?
You've got rain again?
