I got to go topless on vacation. That is about as nude in "public" as I think I will get to be.
I think in my past life I was a stripper, feel like a frustrated one somedays, ;-)
WooHoo!!!!! I've gone topless on beaches, but that's as far as I've gotten on public nudity too.

Good for you! If you're comfortable being topless, you're halfway there. :)
We didn't make it up to the north Georgia nudist resort for National Nude Weekend yesterday. Too much drama from recently engaged DD #3. It's gonna be a long year!
We are headed to Ocracoke Island on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where topless is tolerated. We go nude on the deserted National Seashore at dawn and DW goes topless out there
Ok Liv I made it up here to chime in on the DVD.
A bunch of women on the playgroup I post on have been raving about Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred DVD (one of them lost 17 inches in a month doing it) I need to tone desperately so I figured why not (especially since it was under $7 at Walmart.com)
It's a 20 min workout so not time consuming. It has 3 levels...you do level 1 for 10 days...level 2 for 10 days...level 3 for 10 days.
The workout is broken up into Strength training (need hand weights), Cardio and Abs.
There is a warm up for about 1 min then you do 3 mins of strength (arm curls combined w/ squats etc) then 2 mins of cardio (alternating 30 secs of jumping jacks with 30 secs of jumprope) then 1 min of abs. This repeats about 3 times then you have a 1 min cooldown and you are done.
I am on day 2 of level 1 and have been seriously DRIPPING with sweat after the workout. I can feel the effect in all my muscles (it's only really bad in my calves though...all the rest is that light ache you get when you know you worked it)
I took before pic's and measurements and will be having Mark take pics after I complete each level so I can see the progress.
From what I've read from others your endurance level kicks up around day 5-7 so I'm pushing through the first 4 days right now and looking forward to it getting a bit easier.

Good for you making the time for YOU! I remember when it was my goal in September to just get to the gym 3 days a week.
Now dh calls me, MS. Olympia and ds calls me JACKED.
LOL, nice to get noticed when those body changes happen.
Great idea to take measurements-progress pictures are great motivators too!
I have no problem going topless it is dh that has more issue with me baring in public than I. Oh well.
