Everything is good all around. Just busy, as usual.
My mom moved to a new facility that is smaller and more "homey" than the other place. DH gave me a scare with severe asthma attacks a couple of weeks ago, but it's all better now.
I'm glad to hear things are good for you. Good luck with getting your DH on those "other" body parts. ;-)
Reading your message is just what I needed to inspire me to stop procrastinating about going to the gym this evening. Keep up the good work, and so will I.
Hmmm...well, here I sit, five minutes later, staring at the screen instead of driving to the gym. I think I need a swift kick in the hiney to get me in gear!

LOL...I saw the time on your post and it said 10:16 PM and I thought, OMG I am asleep by then, suddenly I remembered you are on PST.. yeah get thee hiney to the gym.
Keeping it all in the sexual content I heard a report on the radio that women who work out often have a higher sex drive than women who don't. (as long as they don;t over do it). Must be all those hot sweaty bodies panting...well except for the time where I took a bikram yoga class and the lights were left on, that was NOT a pretty sight!
Thanks Misty-good to talk to you! I miss my daily posting/reading! Taking a specialty training class tonight so no morning routine and the rest of the day is me day. (dh leaving for a trip in a few hours so we have sometimes set out for us right after dd goes to school).
Actually the hardest part of exercising is getting started and coming up with things that keep you interested in continuing!!
Guess that is why I do what I do, I am having a blast! I am getting to know so many new people with great attitude and full of inspiration themselves through this. Makes it seems like it is hardly any work...ok I lie I realized this week as my workouts changed that I am in a constant state of muscle soreness! If it is not my legs it is my upper body, arms or my abs...well the payback is worth it.
Miss you all, wish you lived next door so I could drag you to the gym to play.
