Ohh Now a goal.
OK I could stand to lose 40 lbs.
So a more realistic goal would be to drop 20lbs, From what I have heard that should add 2 inches to my penis. As far as shaping goes I have a pillow, pouch whatever you want to call it in my groin. That's what I would like to see gone so when I am flaccid my penis doesn't disappear and have some definition to my testicles. Hows that for a goal.
So I will look for a ticker for 20 lbs.
This should help me control my diabetes and help me have a better outlook. I intend to do this by playing lumberjack, walking/Hiking and some free weights.
I will report when I find a ticker and I will weigh in tonight to get my starting number.

good for you. visiting the gym. what gym do you go to now? How did you decide on one? Do you have alot of time to go? I am on the fence about joining one for a while. I dont know if I would get my money out of going. Time is really hard here. I would love to get back into a pilates routine but I can not do it with alot of people around. But in a class i could might try it. Im so cautious about starting classes and finishing them. ugh.

I just switched gyms to a chain that has one also near DH's office. We can go to his or mine on the weekends together. I used to love going to classes (I used to teach aerobics WAY back) but now I find the fact that my time i want to work out is not always the time the classes are offered.

This new gym has all sorts of amenidies, TV's on all the cardio equiptment with 8 different music video channels! Also

I just want to get back in the habit of working out every day, for at least 20 minutes a day! There is a red dress in particular that I want to be able to get into with no problems! After I get back in the habit, I will be adjusting and upping my goals.

On a side note, I signed up for the Step Up to Slim Down Challenge, but I haven't been emailed a workout yet? I thought it was going to send you a daily routine for the length of the challenge, or did I misunderstand something?

A great program is the Body for Life, it does amazing things to bodies, and the work out is not that hard or time consuming. Check it out, and if you do the twelve weeks EVERY BODY will be checking you out!

I haven't checked out the challenge yet so I don't how it's supposed to work. I'll check into it and let you know.

You have two great goals set for yourself. 1) getting into that red dress and 2) working out for 20 min/day.

I know you will get both of those goals met in no time at all!

We're glad to have you in the group!
