Taco Salads from Wendy is great when ou are trying to eat healthy. If they like to pile the cheese on sometimes you have to take some of that off. (I got one a few years ago and took it back to work and noticed that the cheese was fuzzy YUCK!!!)

Yes I used the products but mostly the Myoplex, used it as a meal replacement for three of the six meals a day. I used the routine he has laid out in his first book, Body For Life, by Bill Phillips. I will promise you follow the diet and routine in 12 weeks you will be amazed. Not only will you lose the 20lbs but reshape your body and add muscle which is hot on a lady. Let me know if you decide to try it and have any questions be glad to help.

"... though they'll be more romantic strolls than calorie-burning activities. The calorie-burning activities take place after the romantic strolls. ;-)"

I did get in quite the workout yesterday after my stroll .... mmmmmmmmmmmmm .... I think it must have burned off many calories. I'm feeling very fit this morning ;-)

DH is off today. We had planned to visit a local pier to do some fishing, but it's rainy and ugly out thus far. Maybe I can talk him into repeating yesterdays exercise routine!

I hope you and DH get the opportunity to have several romantic walks on the beach, along with the "cool down" activity that follows.

Hope your cold runs it's course quickly. Maybe being at home will help -- DH can spoil you ;-)

Misty,

I bought a box of Zicam, never used it before but after 24 hours of using it, I think this stuff works!

Thanks, Bronco. I don't know that I'll use any of the products. I try to steer clear of that sort of thing when dieting, but the exercises I saw on the website looked pretty good.

My oldest DS and I have been talking about getting into an exercise routine for a couple of months now. Seems one thing or another always gets in the way (or just plain lack of motivation). Since I'm doing this challenge, I think I'm going to hit him up to be my partner for a while. The time together will be good for us, and we'll hopefully be able to keep each other motivated.

Yep on the DSA - Direct Sales Association.

I'm hoping to get some of that morning exercise in .... about 40 minutes until all the kids are out of the house ;-)
