I went to the gym Saturday morning and in addition to the regular routine, I did an extra 30 minutes of light cardio.

Sometimes we can't get the entire workout done and that's okay. It's not worth getting yourself exhausted (especially this time of the year) and taking a chance on getting sick.


4 pounds already?! I know where it went! Straight through cyberworld to me!

The Myoplex is the best thing for that diet, tons of protein, and vitamins, I never have felt better than when I was on that program.

Moon, I love pork rinds ... and I knew they didn't have carbs. Doesn't seem fair that something so terrible bad for you can be good, LOL. I like the BBQ kind, but I try to avoid them. I only buy them as a treat for things like a long ride in the car.

I didn't do much in the way of formal exercise this weekend, but I did spend 5 hours on the beach Sunday. I think I only sat down for about 20 minutes total of that time! We walked, swam and fished along with visiting with our friends. It was great .... and we started our own little exercise program when we got home ;-)

Today I was bad for lunch. DH took me out for Mexican, but we did get some exercise in prior to going, and then afterward, we went to the pier and fished. Not a lot of exercise on the pier, but it sure was gorgeous out.

But what happens when you quit using the product? That's the problem I always run into .... it works great while I do it, but then things seem worse when I quit.
