You can find tickers at www.tickerfactory.com. If you can't find one that you like there I'm sure there one that's perfect for you out there in cyberspace.

Your 20 pounds is a very reachable goal and with the exercise plan you have I bet you will get so motivated that you'll end up going for the other 20 as well.

It is so awesome to know that you are not just doing this for a rockin' body, but for your health as well.

I know that you are going to definitely have your diabetes whipped into shape in no time!

(I know what you mean about your penis going into hiding. My h has

I'm glad you have a trainer that you are working with especially since you are under a cardiologists care. Have you ever done Yoga? There's no real movement that would be particularly stressful for you that I know of. If I'm wrong I really hope that someone corrects me and soon!

You are already doing better than I am. I am a carboholic!

15 pounds is a very reachable goal! If everyone says you look good what makes you think that you don't?

It sounds like you are doing everything right but the not eating so much concerns me. Do you eat breakfast, lunch and supper? I found that when I had nothing more than a good bowl of cereal, had a decent lunch and a good (but not too big supper) and drank my water, I wasn't hungry after supper and if I was a glass of water usually did the trick.

Do you drink pop/soda? If you do I have just one thing to say. STOP!!! I don't care if you only drink diet, get rid of that too. You will be surprised at how big of a role that plays in weight loss.

Good luck and I know you'll be dropping lots of pounds in no time.

WOW RJJJ!!! You have a great set of goals there and everyone of them are great for what you are trying to do!

The weight loss goals during this don't have to be sexual. But just think of how hot you are going to look when you reach that goal!

You are truly inspiring RJJJ!

You have no idea how much exercise can keep your mind on sex!

I agree with wanting to get the girls back in the proper zip code! I've thought about surgery but can't afford it and besides, I'm a wimp when it comes to the idea of needles and pain.

I wish we could post 'after' pictures! I would love to see how great everyone looks when they've reached their goal!

Squat away Liv! Who knows maybe you'll have a butt like the one in the sig line! Okay maybe not that big but just as nice and round.

You have a great goal there Liv! I wish I had time to go to the gym. I'd have to challenge you to see who could get to 100 visits first!

Steve, you have the perfect idea for what you want to be able to accomplish! It's definitely better to get yourself in shape and fit before you hit the bike instead of trying to do it while getting conditioned on the bike. I know a lot of people who ride RAGBRAI (Registers Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa) every year and they start riding their bikes in April but they also work at getting conditioned just before hand or staying in shape throughout the winter so it's not so hard to get back on.

I know that youa re going to do so awesome reaching both of your goals. I can't wait to see how quickly you lose those 20 pounds!

The tickers can be found at www.tickerfactory.com.

I know exactly what you mean about the tummy and flabby arms! I have the exact same problems too! The only other extra thing that I have is a h that likes to poke at my butt and say 'watch it wiggle, see it jiggle'. I hate it! He has no butt!

I think you are going to kick some major butt reaching your goal! And when you find the perfect exercise for those flabby arms please let me know!
