LOL, I discovered when I had to move stuff on my siggy page that I could make my girl skinnier. I did a little to fit her better, I could do the before and after with her, HA HAHA...that would be cheating though.
Since I travel a lot, pleasure and business these days, sometimes no time to even get to the hotel gym, my room becomes my gym. As long as I do either 40 mins of cardio or 20 minutes of floor work or calisthenics I am counting that as a day at the gym. You can do that Carmen Electra Video 100 times...can you imagine??

Disc 2, 100 times?!!! Some one call the ambulance! (Even though I WOULD be in the best shape over everyone ;)
I guess if I can get at least 20 minutes of exercise done it would be like a day at the gym! Right now since I'm just getting started I'm happy if I can get a few crunches and pushups in without feeling like I'm dying.
Then again, I guess we've all got to start somewhere! I'm just not an in shape as the rest of you! :)

You have set a really good goal for yourself. You are going to be back in shape in no time working out 5 hours a week! I'll be lucky if I get an hour.
I can't wait to hear how much progress you make! I was in shape until about 2 years ago (when I stopped working out). It's amazing how long it can take to get back into shape when you've gone as long as I have. You'll be back in shape in no time!
The best thing about this is you can't really compare yourself to ANYONE else, just improve upon yourself! Look, I can probably out cardio many people, but push up?????? HA HA
