Welcome to the LTAS "Get Into The Sexiest Shape of Your Life" Support Group.
After much discussion between us,we decided that since we each have a personal goal to help us be healthier and SEXIER

I got in my three gym visits and some additional dog walking.
I had some other aerobic activity on Wednesday that induced a rather nice elevation in my heart rate.

I do believe extra cardio is always appreciated.
I got my nap in and dh is on his plane. Told him he needs to rest up for his work out later.
I am glad DH is on the plane!

I'm thinking about increasing my workouts to 4/week as opposed to 3...I may have to alter my ticker...that should be an experience!!!!
Moon, I did belong to a gym for a while, and I agree -- you feel great after exercising! Good for you increasing your days.
(Now if they would just build a gym less than 10 miles from my house!)

Misty - would you believe that was one of the deciding factors for me????
This gym is right on my way home...I have to drive by it anyway...so I might as well stop and workout - no extra gasoline needed!
They have! We live so far out from everything right now. (Of course, in a few years I'll be complaining because of all the growth that is still happening here .... pretty soon, the old country road out toward our house will be like another US 1 highway.)
I ran an errand early and noticed that I had put 100 miles on my car since Saturday morning. Then I started counting the places I had been -- a trip to the thrift store with a stop at a nearby Subway; a trip to a restaurant about 8 miles away; a trip to a friends house (who lives in the same town, but a different zip code) with a swing by my parents (on the way home) to pick my DS up. YIKES!!!!!!
